      Pros

      Great benefits, most of the associates are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Departments are allowed to have their own " department policies" which creates a dual set of circumstances in the event of a violation. H R is not a neutral partner and does what director/manager wants which may not be fair or even in the best interest of the department.

      Pros

      OhioHelath is a good company to be a part of to enter into the corporate world. Each facility is a great environment to be in.

      Cons

      Some departments lack an area for growth and do not provide opportunities to continue your career. Professional growth was not encouraged in some departments as well.

      A lot depends on your manager. The leadership in my department contributed to a poor work environment.
