      Dishonest and Difficult People to Work With

      A few employees I met seemed OK.

      Cons

      I contracted at OhioHealth for a 3 moth project with well defined role description and timeline. An hour after I walked in the door the manager complained that I was not doing what they wanted. And what they wanted was much different than the role description. I suspect because what they wanted cost more than the communicated role. Further, the peers I worked with were combative rather than collaborative. Duplicating what I was doing all the while complaining about how busy they were.

      Pros

      Everyone treats you like you are an important component to the team. They go out of their way just to say hi to you, which always makes me feel like I'm special..and always makes your day a little brighter! And they have nice incentives too, so it makes you want to come to work even more!

      Cons

      It is a 35 mile drive one way for me.
