      Pros

      Respectful and friendly environment, supportive managers, huge on collaboration between teams, feeling of relative stability, non-hostile environment, company is expanding.

      Cons

      Parking for some employees requires parking in a remote lot and taking a shuttle. Small workspace in basement with no windows. Freeze on pay increases, health benefits could be better.

      Great pay and benefits; good training except no training regarding bereavement/ loss; loved my fellow nurses, they were dedicated to their work in hospice.

      Cons

      Understaffed, huge turnover, unsupportive managers, unrealistic expectations, nurses do work of whole team, continued to pile on workload at expense of quality care.
