      Pros

      Always challenged to work hard and perform well. They are open to new ideas and there opportunities for advancement even for contractors

      Cons

      Highly competitive within the support department, high rate of turnover. The rest of the IS department is unresponsive to the needs of the support staff and ultimately the end users and does not respect each other. Preferential treatment is given to doc that rake in the cash and it ends up that patient care suffers because of these skewed priorities.

      Pros

      OhioHealth is very family oriented and very flexible with associates time. They do care about work life balance and make every effort to not burn out employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with the surrounding market.

      OhioHealth does an excellent job promoting their philosophy.and getting feedback from associates and patients through surveys. great coworkers, benefits are okay,

      Some departments run short staffed. I think benefits could be better for being an hospital system. Over all not a bad place to work.
