      Organization treats every employee great. Promotion from within is encouraged. The pay is good and they offer great benefits to all employees.

      Cons

      Size of organization. The organization has many different hospitals and physician offices and no two are alike even though they may be treated this way at times.

      Pros

      Large health care system, many opportunities available. Pay is fair, and comparable to other health care systems in the area.

      Cons

      Recruiting individuals are very busy, and therefore it can take a very long time to have your application handed to appropriate managers for interviews. Networking is a huge help here.

      Walking back to the parking garage across the street by yourself at night or early in the morning was terrifying, lower on the totem pole compared to other staff within the hospital
