      Pros

      Leadership says what they will do and does what they say. They make an effort to open communication and engage employees.

      Cons

      As will any growing company, spend much time and energy organizing and reorganizing. This you hired in because you like your manager, be careful because they will most likely change.

      Getting by with as little staff as possible

      Highly dedicated professional staff. Freedom to take initiative and develop programs. Good educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations in terms of workload. Very stressful, lots of employee turnover. Seem to be hiring people who have more business background and little clinical experience. Patient care is suffering.

      Pros

      Working I. The Nutrition department you learn about different diet. Also work in a different environment then that of fast food. Mostly good co workers .

      Cons

      I was working full time hour but still labeled as a contingent. When I as to move up to at lease part time stats to received vacation benefits they made it a struggle. They were look for a part time person and were tring to find outside work. Also they need to listen to works on improvement that would have helped.
