      The food is okay most of the time if the cafeteria is even open for staff

      Cons

      Managers, supervisors and directors do not back up the associates under them. Most problems go unsolved unless it will effect the financial income of the facility or department. Any complaints brought to Human Resources' attention is quickly dismissed. HR only backs up management. Staff that are in full view of patients and their visitors majority of the time are on their phones, tablets etc., using profanity and ignoring call lights.

      excellent benefits including heath, dental and vision insurance and other great options

      Cons

      pay is not competitive no work-life balance--understaffed, so salaried employees are expected to put in long hours to take up the slack bottom line comes before qualify of life for employees
