Pros

They aren’t doing alot to take care of their employees. I don’t have any pros at the moment.

Cons

Benefits are not the best, compensation is not the best for employees that have continued with them instead they pay new employees more or offer sign on bonuses. Not keeping up with inflation. The list goes on.

Staffing, Unit click's, very Toxic atmosphere on certain units and management involved in the clicks so never gets fixed
