Pros

The best health system I have worked for. Places high value on the care the provide and trying to take care of their employees. Great benefits and incentives to stay with OhioHealth.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are made rapidly without enough time to properly educate staff before roll out, but this happens at EVERY job.
