      co employees were nice and friendly

      Cons

      Was told during interview that I could work the hours I was available but after I had the job the supervisor changed her mind and said we would have to work when they needed me even if it was a day I was not available. They are not willing to work with you with a schedule unless you are a student

      Great people and culture

      Pros

      Great people and culture; most leadership is very down to earth; it's the associates that make the organization as great as it is.

      Cons

      While some roles have upward mobility, there are a lot that don't. It takes a lot of time and effort to get anything done. They talk about being a "system" yet they severely lack a system approach to most work. Some people can quite easily get away with doing very little work and make a ton of money AND get promoted, while others who work their tails off, save the company money hand over fist can't get fairly compensated even after years of proving their ability, worth, talent, loyalty and willingness. Health benefits for a healthcare organization are not great.

      Cons

      High turnover, you don’t get paid more for being registered and can not move up the ladder.
