      Class Organization From Top to Bottom

      Pros

      OhioHealth is a class organization from the top to bottom, when a goal is establish it is accomplished. They do the right thing in most cases, its invested in the communities success, and cares for its employees and they invest in the best clinical technologies money can buy.

      Cons

      OhioHealth has over extended itself between the race to expand/grow, COVID, and the great resignation. The ask for more is constant, especially from the precious asset the organization has, the clinical staff. OH will ask its employees to adapt and take on additional responsibilities, but be overly conservative promoting from within and letting associates rise to the occasion.

      Pros

      The Company Puts the employee first, with the idea, take care of your employees in an above and beyond way and they in-turn Should take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service and with their strong focus on hiring people that are passionate about the profession theres not a lot of turnover.

      Cons

      Its not for everyone. If you’re passionate about what you do you won’t find a better company. If healthcare is really not your thing, It will work itself out rather quick.
