      Working with a large hospital has it Pros and cons. Pros is that we have a lot of access to life saving materials at our reach.

      Cons

      You’re a small fish in an ocean. Many of these higher up administrators have no idea how a unit actually works and put in rules and regulations that make doing our job more difficult.

      I always have the support of PSA's and Nurses around me, and the work is very enjoyable. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am paid well.
