      Strong company culture, good leaders, great coworkers, unique work opportunities, good chances for internal advancement, opportunities to participate in committees or peer groups, good benefits package

      Cons

      Low base pay, low annual raises, unclear role expectations for mid-level administrative roles, long delays hearing back about job applications, very different work environments at different locations or even different areas within the same hospital, minimal to no notice about leadership restructures that occur and can affect your work environment or job responsibilities
