      Pros

      I want to preface this by saying the ONLY reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is due to benefits. OhioHealth is a great place to work. It has a wonderful work environment and Management is incredible. The culture of the company is one that I'm glad to be a part of. Inclusivity and diversity. Work/life balance. Every so often, company will pay for us to get 2 pairs of shoes from an online store. Free parking and the garage is connected to the building.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are a tad below the going rates in the area. Less paid holidays, less 401K contributions, vesting is 3 YEARS instead of immediate, less insurance coverage, bonus is very low. Cafe - need more options.

      Pros

      They are a good company to work for. The setting and management could use some work, however the company as a whole does their best to keep us happt.

      Cons

      lower pay 1:6 medsurg staffing ratio which is flexed to 7 a lot
