OhioHealth has one of the best cultures in the workforce, offers very strong benefits from insurance to education, and has many wonderful people and leaders.

Cons

Staffing could be better, and many times upper management makes decisions without seeking any input from the workers

Good training program, very helpful as you learn the job. Pay is fine Benefits are great compared to other area hospitals. One wfh day every 2 weeks once you're established Mgt very flexible with pto as long as the job gets done

Opportunities to advance feel limited and pathway is a bit unclear
