-OhioHealth seems to appreciate it's employees and honors long term employees with shopping trips!

Cons

-Health care plan is pretty bad (especially since I get all of my care through my employer). No real options of different plans, just take it or leave it!

Pros

Leadership is realistic, they strive to be transparent, and they have vision. The Mission of the company is to treat the employees well, because that leads to treating patients/customers well. This is a logical approach to customer service that most companies miss.

Cons

I wish there were roadmaps to other opportunities to stay with the company but move laterally or upward for employees who want to have long careers with the organization.

The people I work with really care about each other and the patients. You can pick up a lot because they are always short staffed.

Cons

Patient to nurse ratio. There are way too many people in the offices compared to workers on the floor. They are constantly cutting staff.
