      Cons

      Office politics are hard to get by. A bunch of people in management positions have the "IDC I'm right bc I have the authority" attitude. If you are willing to take crap every now and again for no reason you'll be fine.

      Management doesn't know what is going on .Corporate office a lot of family. Top management is all old white men that don't know what they arte doing.
