      No matter what your position is your opinion is always heard and reviewed, definitely feels like a very family like company.

      Compensation and benefits are great

      No support for employees below the supervisory level,they will suspend or fire you from the Ochlocknee plant for any reason that can be used ,I am currently suspended for a confrontation with the supervisor from another department after I have on numerous previous dates complained about his consistent confrontational attitudes towards me to my supervisor,now i can only wait for their investigation to conclude and be fired to move on to the next step.

      None, maybe office location but office is run down

      Cons

      Closed minded, cheap, insincere management. Only spend money on upper executives, Do not care about staff. CEO is inappropriate but thinks he’s funny. Stay away from this company. Just entering the computer era. Don’t like change.
