Product development is lacking, support and implementation teams are often inefficient, zero to no development, incredibly high turnover rate, seemingly no vision or direction on what to do next and have taken their eyes off the ball when it comes to the things we used to do well. There are about 20 managers with no one to manage. Most managers provide little to no value what so ever, while one individual in particular uses the management team to convey his messages and poor sales tactics like Oz behind the curtain.
