Pros

-No experience needed for hire -Laid back work environment -Little to no dress code -We choose our 2 days off

Cons

-Management doesn't seem to think things through -Many customers don't get their packages and 1/2 of my coworkers don't care -We don't get paid enough for all the work we do -Doesn't let you work overtime unless its peak -After 1+ yr of work they still don't care about you -We don't get paid more for training or if we take Spanish as well as English calls

Pros

Full-time Hours Rookie customer service reps, entry level job anyone with ZERO experience is perfect for this job

Cons

Every single aspect of the company is unprofessional. The service is garbage customers never get their packages. No one follows up on any task and the pay is horrible.
