Giving me the opportunity to communicate with all cultures by listening and having patience. The opportunity to deal with the younger generation and helping to keep them focus.

Cons

Talking with a caller that didn't received their package or at home and the package has been scanned not home.

There are no pros in the New Jersey branch in east Rutherford.

Cons

Extremely Unprofessional, if you aren't related or having sexual relations with the managers they mistreat you & discriminate if you don't speak Spanish. Constantly making inappropriate comments to females and favorite their siblings that work there. Everyone that has a title only has it because they did some sexual favor or related. Lies about the pay & they also steal all accounts packages but tell the customer they are investigating the situation to cover so the seller can assist. Very unsafe procedures happen daily. That place is a nightmare and truly don't care for customers, accounts, or employees. Btw they love giving write ups so they can hold it against you if you try file for unemployment.

You work at your own pace, that's about it.

Cons

Management drag their feet when you have payroll discrepancies. Usually takes 3wks to a month to resolve. You buy your own gas which costs $100-$200/wk. No benifits, you get charged $50/wk to use their scanners. You work til about 9-10PM making it hard to see house numbers, if any.
