      Pros

      There is a lot of work and holiday are few, but the culture is pretty good and people look out for one another.

      Cons

      Its a shipping company, so holidays are sparse.

      Pros

      I enjoy the atmosphere and my coworkers. I’m good at what I do so most days it’s not a job I detest as in previous years.

      Cons

      They systems used are extremely flawed, there are constant issues that need correction and never get it. I enjoy my job but these issues prevent me from doing so properly and make it more difficult. Contractors are not properly trained nor are employees. Management is never available when needed.

      They are very family oriented, they all work as one as a whole ,The consistency is everything and they stay focus but overall great place to work at .

      Cons

      I couldn’t say onTrac has any Cons , they work together and they communicate with one another that’s how you keep a great relationship with peers and managers and other people it’s all about communication.
