Employees are wonderful. Of course you have your couple that are a little rough around the edges.

Cons

Extremely long hours for managers. Dont plan on taking too much time off. Expect to sweat. They want you to manager but also want you on the floor, in the trailers, doing the labor. Not a big deal but how are you supposed to manage from inside a trailer?

Managers lied, were discriminatory, and played favorites. Schedules and title were changed without notice and priority schedules were given only to friends of managers.
