Pros

Hard work. Security and drivers are nice. Monthly free food.

Cons

Free food can be taken away if management takes an issue with you. Managers and leads yell a lot. Leads do work. Leads often make threats during daily huddles. Hours are shorter than expected. Lack of automation on the primary sort leads to missing packages. Destructive employees cannot be disciplined. A point system was installed to keep staffing low. HR relies on rumors, as opposed to facts, for investigations; camera footage will never be consulted. Management encourages racism. Teamwork and safety are discouraged. Friends of management get promoted to leads.

you work less hours than your regular job get to go straight home after finishing.

Cons

really low pay. disorganized and ran by a bunch of people who have no idea how to run a company or how to treat their employees. they make you use youjr own vehicle, they dont pay for gas or any maitnence while also giving you low pay 1.50 per package and the company doesn't even offer a lot of packages per route. there were months i only made 300-400 usd a week. crowded small warehouse toxic environment if you apply here you'll be in debt. youll hate your job and life working mcdonalds 12 hr shifts is better than this. stay away.
