Pros

absolutely nothing. I would give this review zero stars if I could.

Cons

Terrible and lazy management. A lazy work culture that exploits hard-working employees who are dependable and reliable. Repetitive work that is not meaningful or rewarding at all. Severe lack of career advancement in the company. I've been there for three years and only know one individual who advanced to become a manager, everyone else left! Mangers are constantly on their "work" phones but reprimand you when you're on yours. Mangers and leads see employees struggling and don't help at all, they love to watch though. Pay is mediocre, they are constantly making full-timers work 6 days out of the week, and are always short-staff on Sundays which makes it harder for everyone. I'm working harder than any manager, the bare minimum of pay I should be making is 50k a year, not a yearly salary of a little over 42k if I was full-time. Employees are questionable, highly uneducated, redneck, immature, and don't practice basic personal hygiene ( aka They don't wear deodorant so you're smelling so much BO in that warehouse, which is nasty). Out of all the employers I've worked for, they have the highest turnover rate, roughly around 95% of employees they hire do not stay longer than a year, at most a few months or weeks. This is why they're constantly hiring because they can't convince employees to stay. Degrading and dehumanizing language and work culture. They're constantly referring to employees as "bodies" and not by their names. "I need a body, I need a body." Well, bob, I have a name, use it. One of the lead-in smalls, threaten to use employees' second break because she can't wait for an extra minute or two for employees to come back from their break. Claiming, the employees are "stealing time from the company". It's a big warehouse, so logically, it is going to take an extra few minutes for employees to go back to their assigned areas, and I'm not going to use MY BREAK TIME to go back to my area because you're being impatient. Good luck working for her because she does not help out for anyone in the smalls area. Her boyfriend, now husband, got fired for choking another employee which cost him his job roughly two and half years ago. So the physical violence at this warehouse is true, some reviews mention physical violence in the past. They're constantly changing the start time, and don't tell their employees when the scheduled time changes. Yet, they reprimand you for showing up late because they expect you to know the new shift time. Which makes no sense, because how are employees supposed to know the new schedule when you change them, and yet you don't tell any employees? I don't understand why management doesn't send out the newly updated schedule through email, most likely because they are lazy and don't want to do more work than they need to. I'm not telepathic, maybe lay off the honey buns which they eat ON THE JOB, and do a better job at being a manager for your employees, instead of blaming me for something that is not my responsibility, it is your responsibility honey. Managers on load wall are constantly sending lazy employees home because they don't know how to manage them, which forces the hard-working employees to pick up the slack. Overall, if you want to be miserable, exploited for the company's benefits and profits, stressed, and depressed, then go for it. Otherwise, only apply for this job if it is your last resort. - XOXO Gossip Girl :)
