Branch staff become like family; integrity and honesty are encouraged and rewarded; exciting environment; reliable workloads; company is just beginning to really blossom and employees are able to reap the benefits of that.

Cons

Can be long hours; determination, patience, and effort required; not for the feint of heart or the undisciplined worker just looking to skate by!

One of the best reasons to work for Lasership is working with staff who are so dedicated to getting the job done! from dedicated independant contractors, freight coordinators, dispatchers, managers, to our CSR. We have all grown together as a branch and the opportunities have been great. Promotions, benefits, training and most of all becoming a family. We are dedicated to pleasing our customers in any way we can and thats what makes Lasership worth everything.

Cons

The only CON I have is not seeing senior management visit our office or even hearing from them unless its bad news! other than that I have no CON!
