They were sold…that's a plus. Old management (All bad people…severely personality-disordered but pretend they're family men), relegated to the Board.

Cons

Everything - beware. Hire everyone who would basically be stuck there or don't have the skills yet to move on. Only the horribly broken stay

Cons

This company simply does not want to pay for reliable Independent Contractors. Any steady and reliable IC's that are hired usually quit upon receiving their first paycheck, leaving the company to work with ones that are either incompetent or indifferent at best. This leads to less-than-stellar customer service, and nightmares for Customer Service Representatives and Project Managers who are left to do damage-control. To make things worse, upper management then blames the PMs and CSRs for failing to talk IC's into finding their compensation to be adequate. Branch managers are left attempting to bail out a sinking ship.

Cons

Constantly changing focus, it often feels like you are trying to hit a moving target. Pay is extremely low for what is expected and the hours required. Spotty support and lack of connection within the company.
