Pros

You can move up in this company pretty quickly. There are also set schedules.

Cons

The position in which I was working was salary based and they did not compensate for working over-time, however they always wanted everyone to do so.

There are no pros to working for Lasership they are flat out unethical from the dispatchers right on up to the manager

Cons

This place on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 0 they are dishonest lazy rude uncoordinated and generally don't have a care in the world for the ICs that work there if you are good at taking advice don't work for Lasership unless you enjoy being frustrated and angry for 10 to 14 hours 5 days a week.....ps the only reason i gave them a star in the rating is because i couldn't submit my review without it
