-Fully remote -One Free Company Polo (No More)

Cons

-50 cold calls per day KPI -Inconsistent Messaging from management -No unique territories: bound to sell by proximity to sort centers and you are forced to fight with other reps for the exact same customers -Extremely limited ideal customer profile -No lead sources or support provided. 100% your own prospecting and you're expected to be at 50 touches per day immediately -No upward mobility: only two directors (they let go of the other within 9 months of him being there) and very few enterprise positions -Constant turnover

I have been with OnTrac for a full year now and I am loving it! My manager has been nothing but supportive and is a true cheerleader for the work I do and my career. OnTrac is a company that recognized it has a lot of room for growth and improvement. I feel like they are making great strides in bringing in and hiring individuals who are willing to put the work in to make this a great place to work. I appreciate that many of the corporate departments really care about what happens on the ops side and I hope that can continue to trickle down to our leaders in the field. I also have to add, our CEO is wonderful and truly cares about our people. He takes the time to go onsite to our warehouses and actually visits with the teams! I don't know how many other logistics companies have leaders with that kind of dedication, so it is great to see.

Cons

We experienced a lot of growth fairly quickly which, in my opinion, has placed people in leadership positions that they are not quite ready for. People management is such an important part of running a successful business.
