There aren't any pros. Exceot maybe that they pay on salary and allow you to take a lunch break for 1-2 hours. i go home and nap or i go get a haircut

Cons

Management is inappropriate toward each other in front of other staff. One female management has been sleeping with employees (along with the two male management) or they lose their jobs. This is why the turnover rate is so high. She will either fire them or treat them bad until they quit. She has a very bad attitude toward those who WONT sleep with her adn she is very flirtatious toward men

Some talented people at the individual contributor level who genuinely try to make things work. Paychecks clear on time.

Cons

They promise the moon with commissions, but what they don’t tell you is that your earnings are completely dependent on territory. If you’re assigned an area where pickups are difficult and service costs are high, you won’t make money no matter how hard you work. Leadership lives in fantasy land, constantly pitching a “national carrier” story that’s flat-out false. No strategy, just panic pivots and half-baked rollouts. Sales runs on smoke and mirrors. No tools, no real support. Zero investment in tech or customer experience. Everything is duct-taped together. Morale is rock bottom. Turnover is insane; talented people don’t stick around. Customers are overpromised and underdelivered repeatedly

The worst job for an American

Pros

There aren't any only if you need a job to put down for package handler

Cons

They lie directly to youre face, there's a chance you could be fired for leaving early even if its past youre time to leave. The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting to the point where there's no soap and if you walk in you'll start feeling sick.
