Poor Manager Communication. Poor LEAD communication. Never working 40 hours a week like they promised. Weekend hours were pathetic during the summer months and never enough employees during the weekend days. Lunch times should always be the same time of the day of the week, sort of like school. Have lunch be from 12:30pm - 1:15pm of every day or another time of the day. Never have the lunch time frame be different every single day messing with our daily eating habits. Allow workers to have a morning break and 2 afternoon break sessions, no matter how busy. FOUR 10-hour days of the week, hiring more employees, offering more pay during Saturday and Sunday work hours.

No pros of working here as a dispatcher. You're better off being a contractor.

Cons

They micromanage every day because management does not know what they are doing; literally. This company will hire anybody and fire them just as fast. The turnover rate is through the roof. I've worked here for nearly 2 years and outlived 3 general managers, 3 operation managers, and countless employees. Management will literally curse you out and threaten your employment if you do not do what they ask. And what they ask of their employees is unethical & breaks protocol and procedures, including HIPAA. Do not ruin your reputation working here (Georgia). Do not expect a raise or promotion, you will not get one, no matter how hard you work. No consistency in scheduling; if they change your schedule (time or days) that is officially your new schedule. They do not care about work/life balance.
