Pros

Remote position, team members were helpful

Cons

None of the trainers communicate properly, we had multiple people coming into teams to train us and everyone taught us different ways to do the same thing. It was very confusing, must of been their first time training since no one knew what they were doing. I only understood what my job was when I actually started working and doing it. Then asked team members questions and it was more helpful than any manager ever was. Got fired for missing a few days for my mother in laws funeral even though I notified them the week prior when she unexpectedly passed. My manger lied multiple times to higher ups about things that happened and company could care less what happens in your personal life they just want money. I had so many customers call in yelling about One Call. Don't waste your time. And the raises weren't worth the work they request of you. I excelled in my daily goals, top 3 everyday, worked in a few departments for 2 years for them to spit on my funeral request for a few days off and fire me the next morning.

Pros

None. I waited one week before I wrote a review of any sort so my emotions would be clear. However, there are some jobs that it takes longer, if ever, to get over how much they hurt you.

Cons

I came from a large health insurance company that laid me off in January. When I read One Call's employment requirements I thought it was perfect. For those who come from physicians offices and health insurance companies you know that a CMS 1500 is a claim form. To One Call, it's a referral. Clinicals are authorization approvals. Records are referrals. I lasted 4 weeks simply because I could not wrap my head around their thinking that to me seems like fraud. The also give you one month to master their "skills" before moving onto the next. If you don't have it down pat before the next one, they fire you. I saved them the trouble.
