Pros

Most of the people have good energy, proper training and development program for new hirees. Supervisors try to make it fun and a good environment. Recommended for young individuals.

Cons

Supervisors and Lead Team Members are very cliquey. Work is un-motivating but that may just be the job itself and not the company.
