Pros

None. Every other company in town will treat you better.

Cons

Management squeezes the healthcare providers and workers tighter and tighter. They make huge markups over 500% on some products but its all for senoir management and the investors. There is no sick leave, you are supposed to use your few vacation days when your are sick. There is no retirement except what you take out of your own pay for your 401k. If you have a good idea to help the company there is no sense in telling anyone.

Pros

Some people were so helpful and friendly.

Cons

The gossip in this place is unreal. Word got back to me from my staffing agency about the petty nonsense people I didn't even know were saying about me. So unprofessional from the facility's side, and the staffing agencies side. And, to make matters worse, I was told not to address the problem by the staffing agency. One week later, my assignment was "magically ended". I apparently was not a good fit, even though I completed so much work my supervisor was impressed.
