Pros

Company's core values, company's care for employees, competitive compensation including benefits, multiple opportunities for advancement are all reasons that have kept me as an employee being a self-driven and ambitious personality.

Cons

Lower level positions have high turn-over and thus lower quality of customer service internally & externally. Company can feel too corporate at times due to its vast size and distance between multiple office locations.

Pros

The pros are simply flexibility. There are a lot of people to carry the load when you're out of the office. They are a large company and they have many benefits. Office culture is a dog eat dog world, and there is some room for personal and professional growth but not much if you're not on the executive ladder.

Cons

They feel they have to babysit you the entire time you're on the job. They have cameras and voice recording in the staff break room and in their training rooms. They have too many chiefs and not enough Indians and they write you for the smallest infraction. Their management team is extensive, however the worker bees are given the minimum amount of information to do their jobs and reprimands are daily.
