The majority of them were brand new, or being replaced, and had no clue what they were doing. Limited communication between departments. Average employee was over 50, white and female. Many had no clue what they were doing either. Randomly lets employees go with no reason or notice. Downsizing to become an e-commerce company with no knowledge of what they're doing. Most of the employees are covering multiple positions and the managers cannot help most of the time. Only exists still because Los Angeles requires eFiling companies like this one to process legal documents.

It was like being in high school if you weren't part of the manager's circle of friends you were put on more duties, and forced to cover up for failures of coworkers.
