Having worked for a lot of large tech companies, I find it very valuable to work for a company that has held the test of time. One Legal has been around for 28 years with gives me the comfort that they are not going anywhere soon. They just moved offices to a beautiful location in Petaluma in a State of The Art building. The attitudes of the teams and management has changed for the better and I can sense that there is a real passion for the work that people have. We now do catered great meals on Fridays. The team managers are very knowledgeable and encourage growth and learning. Also, it is nice knowing that most employees stay here for a long time, which shows that recruiting is doing their job to find the right candidates for the positions. This company knows what it’s doing when it comes to keeping its employees happy

Personal freedom and self direction in most job descriptions. Helpful for learning about legal documents if you plan on becoming a paralegal or attorney assistant, or plan on working for the courts. You are also not really expected to do anything outside the office, which is nice in today's "my boss emails me at 3AM" culture. It's a great starter job for someone who is in college or just finished, but college is definitely not required to do this job. If you are detail oriented, this is the job for you.
