      Pros

      Very cliquey, not welcoming to new employees, but they pretend to be. In my experience, this company quiet-fires you until you decide to leave if you don't fit in, no matter how hard you work. Thought I was going to love it since so many people speak so highly of the culture, but they don't like diversity in personalities.

      Cons

      Cliquey offices No clear direction on how to improve, they use you needing to "improve" as a way to make you uncomfortable until you quit. Unlimited PTO used as a tactic to not pay put your PTO when you leave

      Pros

      The CEO has the pulse of his employees and always has the employees at OneDigital in mind when making decisions for the company. His investment in DE&I over the past few years is industry leading.

      Cons

      This is a tough business in which we work very hard for our clients. This sometimes requires a heavy workload in the 4th quarter.
