      Pros

      Remote work is at the heart of the OD model.

      Cons

      Promotions and terminations (position eliminations) are haphazard and far from transparent. No set compensation scale for education or time in business. Young hires offered salaries well beyond their ability to contribute. Merit increases depend upon your team. No pay bands.

      Pros

      the people that work in the offices are hard working and dedicated. happy to help teach and collaborate - not a lot of egos.

      Cons

      workload is completely unreasonable, pay is low until you start making commissions and the only way to make more is to take on more work. was regularly working 70-80 hrs a week - not sustainable.

      Great team of people, flexible environment, great executive leadership team in Atlanta

      Cons

      Field offices are mostly led by males (TN specifically) and definitely a boys club feel when women try to get ahead
