Pros

There are no Pro's in terms of the actual work, the ONLY pro is that it can be a good place to network with coworkers and make friends.

Cons

-The recruiters will manipulate you to get you to accept the position. They will pitch only the top end dollar amount you CAN make and tell you that you can help people at the same time. You can not. -Trainers will train you to manipulate the elderly clients into changing their insurance whether it benefits the client or not. They will teach you loopholes to skip important parts of the process. -Management (including upper management) is not only complicit in unethical business practices but promotes them, including fraudulent use of election periods to enroll clients in new plans. -The company makes it nearly impossible to leave for other job opportunities by withholding carrier appointments regardless of the length of time employed. -Management sleeping with new agents on numerous occasions. -Management will be on you at all times, bathroom breaks are timed, everything is timed down to the second. How long you are on calls or not, how long you are doing anything other than being on the phone. -Incessant micro managing bordering on harassment -Pay is far below industry standard

Pros

I made some great friends at One Digital, none of whowork there any longer.

Cons

Toxic work environment, micromanagement, harassment issues, pressure to make immoral sales, poor communication, gaslighting, restrictive break policies. My time at One Digital, formerly known as HealthWorks, was overshadowed by a toxic work environment that I could no longer endure. The workplace culture was poisoned by passive-aggressiveness, with managers incessantly micromanaging every aspect of agents' work, eroding any sense of autonomy or creativity. What's even more troubling is the prevalence of harassment, particularly targeting women, which management failed to address, perpetuating an unsafe environment for many of us. In addition to the pressure to make sales at any cost, even at the expense of ethical standards which often led agents to influence elderly individuals to switch healthcare plans against their best interests. These sales were how agent made their bonus (not commission). However, this payout was not guaranteed because the plan had to be active for at least 30 days. Often times sold leads were sent to another agent within the company as an inbound clearly depicting a lack of regard for agents time & efforts. Employees were subjected to poor communication and gaslighting from management. The company also implemented a restrictive policy allowing only 30 minutes of personal time away from our desks daily, creating additional stress and anxiety in an already oppressive environment. Expressing basic needs such as time off for emergencies, family obligations, or medical appointments was met with dismissal and manipulation, further exacerbating the toxic atmosphere. Promises of improvements, such as mental health days, were made by high management but consistently brushed aside, illustrating a lack of genuine concern for employees' well-being. Furthermore, the relocation process to Willis Tower was a nightmare, with employees only being informed of the moving date the night before via email, showcasing a complete disregard for their welfare. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend One Digital as a place of employment. The toxic culture, micromanagement, harassment issues, pressure to make immoral sales, poor communication, gaslighting, and restrictive break policies overshadow any potential benefits the job may offer.

Pros

I’ say only pro is quitting with zero guilt!

Cons

If you're considering a job at One Digital, think again. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Let's dive into the atrocities I endured while working for this sham of a company. First and foremost, One Digital operates on deceit and exploitation. From day one, it was evident that the company cared more about its bottom line than the well-being of its employees. They lured us in with promises of a competitive salary and great benefits, but it was all smoke and mirrors. Instead, we were subjected to endless hours of mind-numbing work with little to no support from management. But that's not even the worst part. One Digital's shady business practices extend beyond just mistreating their employees. They engage in illegal insurance sales, putting both their clients and employees at risk. It's appalling that a company would stoop so low for profit, and it's high time they're held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, working at One Digital was a soul-sucking experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. If you value your sanity and integrity, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company. And to any authorities reading this, please investigate One Digital for their unethical and potentially illegal practices. You deserve better than what they have to offer I promise!!!
