Pros

There are no pros of working at this company.

Cons

Everything. This company from upper management who are blatantly brainless when it comes to the pulse of any company. Middle managers who are glorified baby sitters who sit behind there desk making art projects and posting stats updates. Agents who are “trained” to read a script and manipulate 65+ year olds in to change their insurance plans. The outsourcing of leads from vendors in factory setting who don’t have a pulse on anything promising anything so they stay on the line for a minute. The company paying a base pay of $20/hour and bonus of sold plan on sliding scale. Not to mention they keep 95% of each plan when it effects and keep agents waiting 31 days before they’re paid there bonus. This company held a meeting and promised all these incentives to motivate people to stay at this company after 250+ employees have quit or been fired for various reasons. This company is a sinking ship anything that they promise you from phone screen, to interview, to the job is a lie. The indeed application is all false in what they promise. The employee benefits you’ll be chasing down for months, not to mention they’re not worth paying for. Overall, I don’t see this company in business in the next 6-12 months.

Pros

Everyone is right of college and you can make friends, being at sears tower is cool

Cons

I ignored all of these negative reviews before starting here because I thought that the only reviews on here are always negative. Everything everyone said on here was true. First of all this company scams old people and messes with their health care, they want you to lie to them just to get sales. The work is terrible you’re mostly just getting screamed at by the elderly all day. Second, the management is absolutely horrendous, the lack of transparency during the hiring process was insane. You find out so many things that are unfair to employees right before they happen. Not to mention you’re basically required to work overtime for 3 months and every Saturday just to make any money and you won’t get paid on it for months after. And if you have any questions or concerns don’t bother asking because no one will answer, went to HR one day and she literally asked me “what would you like me to do?” Like I was supposed to have an answer for her about fixing all the lies within the company. They also micromanage you and you have to use personal time to go to the bathroom and if you are 30 seconds late you will get in trouble. I would not ignore all these reviews if you’re looking to start there.

Pros

i guess its a job that can help you while you are looking for another one?

Cons

RETENTION IS TO PAY YOU LESS . You can find broker commission breakdowns on carrier websites and CMS as well, They receive payment on submissions that are verified by CMS but they tell you they do not. More money in their pockets, corporate greed at its finest. Managers do not care since they are paid on submission as well. Managers only want the position to get off the phone and baby sit but yet do not know how to lead a team. You will not grow as a salesman here, Low level agents become managers so what can they teach you? Nothing, just ways to lie and push these old people through the application. Cherry on top they just settled a class action lawsuit for breaking labor laws in 2022 AEP. They settled for $270,000 for lost wages. Why work for a company that consistently takes money from you no matter how hard you work? This is a sales position, i should be rewarded for hard work. Instead they will steal from you with a smile on their face. Even though Onedigital acquired HealthWorks, they left the same people in charge that continues to steal money and lie to you. From a person who gave them 100% of my trust and effort. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. For AEP you will NOT make the 30k they promise you when you first start training, None of those training managers were even top 25 agents in AEP. I worked overtime daily and submitted over 400+ apps and i didn't even break 30k. I say this for you can look for another company to sell Medicare for that have more morals than this place.
