Pros

You can gain clerical/administrative and financial experience. Ok benefits.

Cons

Very demanding. You don't make commission unless you reach the goal. Commission is not based on each loan you make its based on whether you reach the money amount they want you to sell. The auto loan feel predatory and the company pushes for you to sell these.

Pros

Small office environment Business casual

Cons

Low pay Too many duties for the low pay I was doing collections, processing, customer service, closing, origination, and insurance. I was hired as a loan officer. They have their own collection team but still had loan officers done collection calls every morning. I was doing 5 different jobs getting paid for one.

Pros

Good PTO, the occasional food truck day

Cons

Required to be in office at least 2 days/week for a job that can easily be done from home. The company truly doesn't care about it's employees but will pretend it does by claiming to be a "most loved workplace". Team members are way overworked and when expressing burnout, it is disregarded completely. the pay is better than some places but not worth it for how we're treated.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are having a tough experience. We do recommend that you talk to your human resources business partner and talk about your exact issues. - ck
