Pros

You will be in a position to actually help people that need it.

Cons

One of the worst places I've worked for. Management is absolutely horrible. They train you to be ignorant to customers. They have zero business sense or management skills. They'll tell you it's a sales position but it's really debt collection. Do not apply here.

Pros

DM supported each branch under him and knew each employee by name and face. GM was knowledgeable and cared for the branch and the team under her.

Cons

Some weekends could be required based on delinquency levels.

Pros

Vacation time. Starts with 3 weeks and can get 4 weeks in as little as 13 months of employment. 5 weeks start on 9th year. Typically M-F. High opportunities for growth and promotion. Industry leading technology. benefits are good. 401k.

Cons

High pressure environment with monthly goals. Target settings are poor. Creates unfair advantages for certain branches and districts. High turn over. Your experience will be differ based on your management chain of command. Can be very toxic with the wrong management team due to pressure to perform. Relies too much on analytics. Management creates inaccurate perception of team members solely based on data. Makes them feel nothing but a number on a paper. Branch managers and below are severely under paid. Little change in salaries over the past 10 years. Competition starting base pay can be $15-20k more per year. Retention strategy is sell tm on bonus potential. Goals are aggressive and not easy to obtain. senior management is disconnected from the branch level. Expectations are tough to achieve for most. HR is inconsistent in practices. It depends on who your hr generalist is. Hard to hold accountability.
