Pros

pay and bonuses are alright

Cons

the work life balance is awful, expect to work 45 hours a week including Saturdays unless stocks are down and the company needs to cut its expenses. no chance for growth. you're at times forced to put your ethics and morals aside to sell insurance to customers.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Constantly being threatened by management about losing job if goals were not met. No training whatsoever on the products constantly being pushed to sell. Pressure to do collections no matter what. Management very unprofessional.
