      Ok place to start career.

      Pros

      loved my co-workers, great benefits It was a great place to start my career and to help build my resume. As far as being a place to work in the long term the salary and opportunities just are not there.

      Cons

      The starting pay was so poor that even with promations and merit raises the pay never got to an acceptable level. There are so many long term employees that it is hard to work your way up as it seams you are always lacking the seniority. So I would say that overall there is a lack of opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      This is a company that works and pushes their employees hard, but makes it all worth it! They promote from within and treat their staff with a lot of respect. There is a clear line of authority and if you do not feel that you are being treated fairly there is a fantastic ethics line that will make sure all is well. I truly love my career with CF and do not foresee going elsewhere.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, customers do not always understand that their actions cause collection calls, high pressure to be your best., they are always pushing you to acheive more.
