      Good company to work for if you want a "TEMP" job.

      Pros

      No real reason why you would want to work here. The Senior Management has no idea on how to run an "Auto Finance" business. They have pretty much ran it to the ground.

      Cons

      If you want to be worried about your job everytime Management speaks then, this is the perfect place for you.

      Pros

      Other companies value the training CitiFinancial provides, so put in your time and go elsewhere and me compensated on average 20% more.

      Cons

      High pressure, more of a car lot attitude, than a lending institution. It's hit or miss on whether your manager is intelligent or just knows how to brown-nose. Upper management will try to deceive their employees by telling them they can be written up for optional product sales, try to intimidate you into not reporting overtime, and expect you to bend over and take it.

      amazing bonus's and flexible work schedule....and amazing staff and management

      Cons

      Communicatio to staff at time is irrelevant to staff... needs to be more detailed and also what dir the company wants the staff to go in. And also sometimes they are badly disorganized
