Pros

Working close with coworkers, I have made great friendships that make coming to work enjoyable. I feel as though my work makes a difference for our patients and their families. Upper management is flexible and cares about you as a person (opposed to larger chains where they don't even know your name). I hope to stay here for the rest of my career.

Cons

Very very busy, at some times exhausting, but wouldn't change jobs for anything.
