Great for IST engineers, not a long term option for non-IST engineers

Pros

- Many team members knowledgeable about industry - Internal (non-technical) training programs are excellent - Leadership has a clear direction and plan

Cons

- It is clear that engineers outside of IST timezone are only wanted for non-IST time production support but this has not been communicated. - There is no technical opportunity for non-IST engineers to grow technically or have any significant technical/product impact. - There is a disconnect between teams leading to coordination issues at the last minute. - Product and Engineering communication at the lower levels is not clear leading to misunderstanding of requirements and incomplete implementation. - There is no plan to ramp up new team members on existing code, assuming that LLMs will fill the gap or overwork senior team members. - There is a clear difference between what leadership says regarding values/culture/etc and what is actually done, this is especially true for team members outside of IST time zone.

Collaborative and supportive work environment. Opportunities to work with modern technologies and global teams. Good learning and career growth opportunities, more important excellent Learning and development team organizing multiple training for supporting employees growth. Encourages ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Flexible work culture with exposure to diverse projects.

Cons

Like any growing organization, requiring teams to adapt. Workload may occasionally increase during major project rollouts or organizational initiatives, but these experiences also provide valuable learning and professional development.
