At this point, nothing but a below average job…

Cons

The new management team is completely incompetent which has led to an exodus of highly skilled knowledgeable employees. Benefits are also poor with below industry salaries. Leaderships story seems to be one of failing up in your career and then being recycled by a PE firm.
