Pros

work from home (depending on your closeness to the office and the position) or hybrid if you are working close enough to the office.

Cons

a lot of changes are happening, becoming more of a "just clock in get the job done, we don't have about the problems or lack of staff" versus what it use to be "come to work, help fight the good fight with motivation and with great leadership who care". All old C suites were great and cared, these new leaders are not great to follow.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, Remote work opportunity

Cons

It’s a total mess internally, constant uncertainty, leadership are clueless about the legal space, customers constantly escalating issues due to product not meeting expectations, there’s lack of respect among teams and culture is quite toxic even with all the work HR is doing to establish a better environment.

Pros

Good collaboration opportunities, decent work/life balance, competitive salary

Cons

The company has toxic levels of nepotism and favoritism. At one point 4 of a VP's children were working there, and connections go a lot further than talent in terms of advancement. There's a sort of cult of personality around the COO, who can be uncomfortably aggressive. People have photos of him on their office wall with hearts drawn around his face and he once sent out a slack message inviting employees to guess which of their coworkers was pregnant. They have had issues paying bills in the past and do not seem to be on stable financial footing. Besides all of this, the product is slow and buggy.
